Biodegradable agricultural mulch film

Mulch film you never remove

After harvest, there is nothing to collect. Till the field as usual and the film goes into the soil with it — no gathering, no hauling, no disposal fees.

Easy Mulching in the field

From laying the film to tilling it in after harvest.

Easy Mulching

An agricultural mulch film engineered to break down in soil. It is laid exactly like conventional mulch film, but the step that costs growers the most — collecting and disposing of used plastic — is removed.

Conventional PE mulch film

  • Must be collected after harvest
  • Soil contamination makes recycling difficult
  • Disposal costs recur every season
  • Fragments can remain in the soil

Easy Mulching

  • No collection — till it in directly
  • Engineered to break down in soil
  • Reduces plastic waste handling
  • Laid with existing equipment

Frequently asked questions

Do we really not have to remove the film after harvest?
Correct. There is no collection step. The film is tilled into the soil with a rotary cultivator as part of normal post-harvest fieldwork.
How long does it take to break down?
Breakdown depends on soil temperature and moisture. We match film specification to the crop cycle — tell us your crop and growing region and we will recommend the right grade.
Will it tear during the growing season?
Thickness and specification are selected to match the length of the crop cycle. Share your crop and climate conditions and we will advise on the appropriate grade.
Can we lay it with our existing machinery?
Yes. It is laid the same way as conventional mulch film and requires no special equipment. Tension settings may need minor adjustment on first use, and we provide guidance.
Do you export?
Yes. Please contact us with your country, crop, area under cultivation and required specification, and we will respond with available grades and supply terms.
Can we test a small quantity first?
Trial quantities can be arranged. Contact us by email with your intended trial area and crop.
